Family Friendly Gaming Hall of Fame
Since 1998 those of involved
with Family Friendly Gaming have been promoting good
games for families. We have been involved in the
industry for decades. We are constantly honoring
good games for families. The Holy Bible has been the
set in stone standards we have applied to the
definitions we use. Covering these games in a wide
variety of forms has been the order of the day for
these games. We wanted to do something additional,
and special for some of the best of the best. Yes we
have a rarely given seal of approval.
What about something else though? Some companies and
some franchises deserve a lifetime achievement
award. Which is usually given when that lifetime is
over with. In video games a franchise can come back.
Companies can come back. So after much prayer,
fasting, and earnestly seeking God's will we have an
exciting announcement. Welcome to the Family
Friendly Gaming Hall of Fame. Here are the in year
of our Lord 2018 inductees. Each inductee will
receive a plaque to commemorate their status of as a
Family Friendly Gaming Hall of Famer.
Klax - Atari
Klax is one of the early puzzle video games that
families enjoy to this day. Those colored tiles roll
down the assembly line right at the player. Players
then move them around to stack them vertically,
horizontally, and diagonally. Klax was ahead of its
time for a puzzle game. Klax has appeared on a
variety of systems. Families that have not
experienced Klax as of yet should really look into
it. This is one fun puzzle video game that earns its
spot in the Family Friendly Gaming Hall of Fame.
Noah Bury – Family Friendly Gaming
Noah Bury is the youngest member of the first family
of Family Friendly Gaming. He constantly comes up
with interesting, fun, and cool ideas for the rest
of us. Unboxing videos happened in a big part thanks
to his tireless work. He is working on rolling out
other new and cool ideas that should be coming soon.
He took over the Kid Gamer mantle, and is on pace to
take over the Teen Gamer mantle very soon. Noah
constantly contributes videos, reviews, opinions,
and game plays that help out the rest of us. Noah
Bury has tirelessly worked years to earn his way
into the Family Friendly Gaming Hall of Fame.
Digital Praise
Digital Praise is one of those video game companies
that should to still be around. Sadly we are left
with their legacy, and their induction into the
Family Friendly Gaming Hall of Fame. Digital Praise
published amazing video games like Dance Praise,
Guitar Praise, Veggie Tales Dance, Dance, Dance, and
more. Their games on the Adventures in Odyssey were
spot on for what a good game for families should be.
They made amazing games that improved the video game
industry. Digital Praise was ahead of their time as
a Christian game developer as well. Digital Praise
is being proudly added to the Family Friendly Gaming
Hall of Fame.
Go Diego Go Games - 2K Play
Kids love Go Diego Go. Kids love the Go Diego Go
video games. 2K Play knew what they were doing when
they released the different Go Diego Go video games.
They are still fun to this day. Family Friendly
Gaming has done video series of many of the Go Diego
Go video games. We get all kinds of comments on
these games on our Youtube channel. The Go Diego Go
video games remain popular to this day. They are
easy for kids and make sure they cannot fail the
game. There is no possibility of falling or failing
in the Go Diego Go video games. This franchise
belongs in the Family Friendly Gaming Hall of Fame.
Viva Pinata - Rare
Rare has been known for making some fun video games
for families over the years. There was a lot of
speculation when they were sold to Microsoft. Rare
eventually flourished and released Viva Pinata. This
life simulation video game with animals has been on
multiple systems including a hand held video game.
Viva Pinata has also received a party game. Families
can have all kinds of fun building their own garden
and attracting larger and larger animals. Viva
Pinata is a great example of clean family friendly
fun. Viva Pinata is a franchise that families can
continue to enjoy to this day. Viva Pinata parties
its way into the Family Friendly Gaming Hall of
Fame.
Farming Simulator – Giants Software
The Farming Simulator franchise has wowed families
for many years now. Many of us at Family Friendly
Gaming play Farming Simulator on some system. There
are hand held versions, console versions, and even
Personal Computer (PC) versions. Plowing those
fields, selling the product, raising animals,
logging, and more are tasks we can do in Farming
Simulator. Driving a variety of vehicles, purchasing
what we need, hiring legal and documented workers
and more are some of our favorite activities in
Farming Simulator video games. This franchise has
earned its way into the Family Friendly Gaming Hall
of Fame.
