All companies who have any content published by Family Friendly Gaming grant Family
Friendly Gaming a license to use any and all content within the
game at our discretion, that includes to video capture and publicly
distribute any and all content found within their products. They
also grant Family Friendly Gaming rights to monetize the
videos/live streams that are created.
During Q1-Q3 we work hard to ensure coverage will appear within
fifteen days of the arrival of the products we cover. In Q4 that
bumps up to twenty-one days. Anyone representing a product that
checks-in on coverage under those time frames agrees to pay us a $50.00 service fee.
Anyone checking in on an email, press release, product, video,
or anything sent to us agrees to pay us a $50.00 service fee.
Anyone asking us to check out their webpage agrees to pay a
$50.00 service fee. That fee must be paid before the page is
checked.
Anyone asking for a meeting agrees to pay a $50.00 scheduling
check. The fee must be paid for a determination is made on a
meeting.
Anyone asking us a question on social media agrees to pay a
$50.00 service fee. The fee must be paid before the answer is
provided.
Anyone sending us a code for a product that we did not request
agrees to pay $150 service fee. The fee must be paid before
anything is done with the code.
Anyone inviting us to post a review on another website agrees to
pay a $50 service fee. The fee must be paid before anything is
done on the other website.
Anyone that disregards the no price negotiation rule must pay a
$50 service fee for each request for a lower price.
Embargo dates must be provided with the original content.
All embargo date changes require a $100.00 service fee. Embargos can
only be changed forty-eight hours or more before the original
date. Say you have an embargo for August 15th at 12:01am. Then August 13th
at 12:01am
is the latest an embargo change can be applied.
No company will make a copyright claim on any video
or live stream Family Friendly Gaming creates. Any company that
does make a copyright claim agrees to pay Family Friendly Gaming
$500.00 per claim.
Any company that makes a change/update to a press release after
the initial send or recalls a press release, or sends out a
reverse story within 30 days of the initial send agrees to pay
Family Friendly Gaming $100.00 per instance. The payment must be
received before any work on the story begins.
Anyone who sends us a product and we send over coverage (like a
video for example) has five days to approve the coverage or it
is automatically approved. The agreed price of the work is also
doubled.
Anyone asking for a change to content on a social media site or
video site agrees to pay our estimated work cost to do that
work. By allowing the content on the site for 24 hours they
agree to our terms.
All companies featured on the Family Friendly Gaming website,
Family Friendly Gaming magazine, e-magazine, Youtube channel,
Twitch channel, and all other Family Friendly Gaming social
media outlets agree to all of our terms, conditions, and license
agreements. Anyone that emails us anything
agrees to all of our terms and conditions. There is a $1,000.00 fine per violation of any of
our terms, conditions, and/or license agreements that are found
all across this website.
