Mini Motor Racing Speeding into iTunes App Store for Christmas
GOLD COAST, Australia – December 7, in the year of our
Lord 2011 – Mini Motor Racing, The Binary Mill’s fresh
new hand-held thrill ride, is expected to be available today for
iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch at the iTunes App Store. Mini Motor
Racing loads vehicles reminiscent of your favorite micro racers
with an impressive array of nitro-fueled features: fully
upgradeable cars, day and night races in various weather
conditions on over 20 different tracks, multiplayer support for
up to 4 racers and more. All this, and no assembly required!
Just download from the iTunes App Store and go!
With crisp, colorful, high resolution visuals; flexible game
control settings; in depth car upgrade paths; a choice between 4
different default vehicle types (sports, hatch, big-rig and
pick-up) with many more to unlock and a series of race-circuit
cups for the lengthy single player campaign to go along with
multi-player, Mini Motor Racing will be sure to thrill players
of all kinds. Mini Motor Racing supports Game Center for social
gaming, as well as WiFi for 4 player multiplay and Bluetooth (2
player only).
Mini Motor Racing includes multiple special add-ins within the
game at launch. The first are exclusive Fruit Ninja themed
tracks and cars, in partnership with Halfbrick Studios. The
second is a holiday themed cup where you can take to the roads
as Santa himself, steering a souped up version of that famous
sleigh! These are available as un-locks for players progressing
through achievements in the game’s career cup circuits.
For devices running iOS 5, all race data gets stored online
through iCloud – racing stats, race circuit progress status,
unlocks, achievements, and best lap times. So players can tear
up the tracks in Mini Motor Racing on any device and have a
seamless experience, picking up and playing from where ever they
last left off. With AirPlay, players can mirror races from
iPhone 4S and iPad 2 to their TV screens for an even more eye
popping experience. Multiplayer races also work cross platform,
so gamers can compete head to head across different iOS devices
– iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch!
“Our team has really packed a lot into this game, with
exceptional polish,” relays The Binary Mill Studio Director
Ingmar Lak. “The game includes a super-accessible
pick-up-and-play mode for quick races, along with a fairly deep
and extensible career mode for more serious gamers. All in all,
a very inviting, colorful and fun package."
