Rock Beats Everything trailer rolls out for ATLUS and ACE Team's Rock of Ages

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- AUGUST 17, in the year of our Lord 2011 -- ATLUS today dropped a quarry's worth of new assets and information for the upcoming Rock of Ages, a balls-to-the-walls game of tower offense featuring fast-paced strategy, high art, and gigantic boulders of doom slated for digital release for PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, and PC.

The "Rock Beats Everything" trailer is both a tribute to gaming history and also a great sampling of Rock of Ages' zany, over-the-top humor. Releasing today alongside the new trailer is a batch of gorgeous new screenshots, offering up stunning vistas, ground-shaking collisions, and some of the breathtaking visual design and brilliantly integrated classic art history that has helped garner buzz and excitement for the game.

Lastly, ATLUS and ACE Team today confirmed that Rock of Ages will release on Xbox LIVE Arcade for the Xbox 360 system on August 31st, and for PC and PlayStation 3 system later this Summer. For more information, please visit www.atlus.com/rockofages.

About Rock of Ages
AA rock-solid combination of deep strategy, rock-rolling action, and captivating art and music from throughout history! Two castles stand opposed, bridged by an uneven, narrow pathway. One is yours, and you're quite fond of it. See how the parapets catch the sunlight ever so stylishly? The other is your enemy's; they're a jerk, and their crappy crenellations are driving down your property values. Also, their castle sucks, justification enough to try crush it using an enormous rolling stone. Unfortunately, they'll have a chance to plan and build up some security, doing everything they can to derail your razing rock. Get through their defenses and you're one step closer to crushing their unsightly tower (see also: their hopes and dreams). But don't take your turn for granite. Once your turn is over, your opponent's begins...
