Papo and Yo Announced as a PSN PLAY 2012 Title
Minority's Award-Winning Puzzle-Platforming Adventure Coming to the PlayStation Network August 14, 2012
MONTREAL - JULY 10, in the year of our Lord 2012 -
Minority, an independent game development studio, along with Sony
Computer Entertainment America (SCEA), today announced that Papo &
Yo will be coming to the PlayStation®Network on August 14, 2012 for
$14.99 ($11.99 for PS PLUS members) as part of the second annual
PlayStation Network (PSN) PLAY promotion. Through the promotion,
fans who purchase two or more PSN PLAY titles will receive a bonus
cash voucher for use on PlayStation Network. As an added extra,
players who pre-order the already acclaimed 3D puzzle-platformer on
August 7 via the PlayStation®Store will receive a code to download
an exclusive Papo & Yo PlayStation®3 theme!

Developed by Minority through a partnership with PSN’s Pub Fund, as
well as with the support of the Canada Media Fund, Papo & Yo follows
the story of a young boy named Quico and his best friend Monster, a
huge beast with razor-sharp teeth and an addiction to poisonous
frogs. The minute Monster eats a frog he goes into a violent rage
that’s bad news for everyone around. And yet, Quico isn’t afraid to
make a dangerous journey through a magical, constantly-changing
world to find a cure for his best friend.
