BEST of 2012
Cordova, TN -- January 1, in the year of our Lord 2013
- We listen to the millions and millions of our readers.
Thankfully they don't all speak up at the same time, or make
contradictory requests. In the year of our Lord 2012 we released
our third annual Christmas Buying Guide. Those contain the best
of the best for each system for the entire year. But what about
the TOP TEN Products for 2012? We had a reader request we
release a TOP TEN for 2012. So here we go into the BEST OF 2012
- Family Friendly Gaming.
10. Coming in at Number 10 is Madden NFL 13 on
the Wii U. The best version of Madden NFL 13 came on the newest
system of all in the year of our Lord 2012. Nintendo has messed
up the launch of the Wii U in so many ways it is heart breaking.
EA Sports provided the most solid title they could for the
launch of the system. The Wii U version is not merely ported
over either. Madden NFL 13 includes a barrage of new features
that makes it the football game to be playing. EA Sports showed
the doubters once again why they are the game to beat in the
arena of football.

9. It is time to dine at number nine. Dinner
and a movie is even better thanks to wonderful faith based films.
Love Begins is the perfect date movie. The women will love it,
and the men won't mind it. The main man at Family Friendly
Gaming could not stop raving about this movie. When asked about
his man card, he happily explained it took a real man to enjoy a
movie like Love Begins. Yes that is one of the Love movies that
was released in 2012. A movie your family should check out if
you have not previously seen it.

8. It is so great to be on number eight. Noah's
Bible Challenge on the iPhone/iPod Touch. Family can also enjoy
Noah's Bible Challenge on the iPad. Noah's Bible Challenge was a
shooting star that took everyone here at Family Friendly Gaming
by storm. What makes this game even more impressive is it was an
unsolicited product. Peow! Peow! was an unknown developer, FFG
had never covered the game (before the review), and it's an
unknown commodity. This little unknown became a major super star
because of how great this little app is.

7. If you were thinking of heaven when we hit
number seven, then you will be happy to hear about Bibliquiz.
This iPad game came along during a time of exhaustion and
irritation. Having to play so many games with varying degrees of
dirtiness can become tiring. Bibliquiz was a breath of fresh air
at exactly the right time. The depth and variety in this
quizzing game is mind boggling. Funny Biz Inc knew what they
were doing when they developed this little gem. This is one app that iPad owners
need to go and find as soon as they finish reading this feature.

6. We promise no tricks as we come up to number
six. No gaming outlet worth their salt can have such a feature
without Chillingo making an appearance. TwinGo is another app
that broke up the monotony that everyone else was hashing out
all these me-too apps. TwinGo requires the player to think about
their moves. The depth of the intelligent design in TwinGo is
shocking. Families ate up TwinGo in 2012. This app may have also
driven a few gamers insane trying to figure out how to solve
certain levels. Take our advice, breath, and then take a break.
Come back later or seek assistance.
