Family Friendly Gaming Reaches 3 Million
Cordova, TN; July 05, in the year of our Lord 2013
- - Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the
family friendly video games has an important announcement to
make. Over three million unique IP addresses have accessed the
Family Friendly Gaming website. This amazing number was reached
on the fourth of July 2013. The gaming website devoted to
families has consistently grown since it was originally
introduced on March 13, 2005. This tracking of over three
million is made even more amazing since the tracking started on
January 23, 2008. There is no official tracking of the close to
three years since the site was initially put online and when the
tracking starts. So the number is most likely even higher.
“If anyone tells you that you can not make an impact, do not
listen to them,” explained Paul Bury, Editor in Chief of Family
Friendly Gaming. “We were told we would be gone in a year. We
were told no one cared about the family friendly video games. We
were told we did not belong by the tolerant of diversity crowd.
We were told we would fail. We were told we did not belong. We
were told Christians do not belong in the video game industry.
We were told to go away. We were told to stop creating and
building a website safe for families. We choose not to listen to
all the voices of negativity, instead we listened to God. We
followed and obeyed where God lead us. Because of that we have
received this amazing blessing.”
“It may be just another number, and sure there are bigger
websites out there,” Yolanda Bury, Art Director of Family
Friendly Gaming commented. “We are a few doing God's will for
our lives. He has blessed us tremendously. This achievement has
nothing to do with our talents, skills, or ideas. Instead it has
all to do with a yearning for a relationship with Jesus Christ
that so many have in their hearts. We get asked all the time:
'Why are we so happy?' 'Why are we so content?' 'Why are we so
quick to point out our faults?'. The answer is simple – we do
our best to follow and obey God.”
