Where are the Exercise Games?
Cordova, TN; August 21, in the year of our Lord 2015--Family
Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the family
friendly video games is asking a question of the entire video
game industry. This question is important to the health of the
entire video game industry. This question is important to the
health of families. This question is important to the health of
gamers. Where are the Exercise Games? What happened to the
exercise video game genre? The exercise video games improved the
tarnished image of the entire video game industry. When the
entire world talked about all of these school shooters playing
all these violent video games we could point out there were
exercise video games. Video games can create good or evil. We
had some good to talk about.
Exercise video games are great to play on a rainy day. Exercise
games were great to warm up with inside on a snowy day (after
playing in the snow of course). Not everyone can afford a
monthly membership at a gym. Exercise games helped keep families
in shape in the comfort of their own home. Remember some people
are conscious of how they look. So exercise games were a great
way for them to shed some pounds without any embarrassment.
Families could have a blast while sweating out excessive
calories. Exercise video games have done such wonders for the
image of the video game industry. Gamers were no longer seen as
lazy, slothful, worthless slobs. Exercise video games brought a
new value to video games. Exercise games brought a new respect
to the video game industry.
I know the extended period of the poor economy has hurt all
businesses. I know the lowering of expectations as the new norm
is hurting the video game industry, ESRB, and many of the
excessively greedy video game companies. There needs to be some
new exercise video games released. Publishers and developers
need to get together and find a way to make it happen. As each
day goes by without a new one, the decline of the video game
industry gets worse. All of the progress made in the past by
Zumba, Nike+, EA Sports Active, and more is back sliding down
the hill. I know someone out there can rise up and make this
happen. I know someone out there wants to do the right thing.
