Light Side of Gaming - Donations

Cordova, TN; May 27, in the year of our Lord 2019--Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the family friendly video games is continuing our brand new series. This is the Light Side of gaming. The Dark Side of gaming has been around for some time now. To be fair and balanced we should also touch upon the good, wonderful, and awesome things happening in the video game industry. There have been stories in the past on the positive things. I do not recall given them a label for Family Friendly Gaming to rally behind. That is what this series will now be, and attempt to do. I say attempt because we are far from perfect. I am far from perfect. Let us keep going on this series.

We are not a non-profit (at least when this article was written). So anyone who donates to Family Friendly Gaming does not get a tax write off. Which is fine for every member of Family Friendly Gaming Universe who felt led to send us some money. We appreciate each and every one of ya’ll. It is so amazing to see people thankful for what we do. It is so great to receive money and stories on how Family Friendly Gaming helped them out. Whether it is because we do not run give-a-thons, or we helped them in a new career, or we helped them find good clean games for their family, or we brought a smile to their face. Whenever I get down or depressed I remember how many lives we have touched with Family Friendly Gaming. I know I am doing God’s will for my life.

The coolest thing about donations is I never know when they are coming. They are an awesome surprise that brightens my day, and the day of everyone else here at Family Friendly Gaming. I have heard a small percentage of the people you help will come back and say thank you. I believe that. As we get more and more donations thanking us for what we have done and continue to do I acknowledge there are even more people we have reached. My goal has always been to point people to God. My focus has always to be a shining light for Christ in the dark world of video games. That has never stopped. As long as God provides me the strength and finances to do Family Friendly Gaming – I will.

I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

God bless,
Paul Bury
