Rollercoaster we call Life
Cordova, TN; April 25 in the year of our Lord 2022 -- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the family friendly video games is continuing to be the voice of diversity in the gaming media, and media at large. Have you ever noticed what a rollercoaster life can be at times? We have ups and we have downs. We have moments of pure thrill, and moments of boredom. We have sheer panic, and complete ease. We have moments of being healthy, and moments of being sick. Life throws us up, down, left, right, through loops, upside down, and eventually it stops. Life is such a rollercoaster that is really shining through for me right now.
Maybe I am reaching a new plateau of maturity because I am noticing all of the adventures, changes, and experiences are a lot like a rollercoaster. Maybe that is why some people do not like life. They do not like all of the motion they are on. Some seek stability. Thing is there rarely is stability in life. There is so much out of our control. An accident can take us or a loved one out of life forever. We must adapt to the changes in our lives. The same thing goes for Family Friendly Gaming. This works and is doing amazingly well. This other thing is not working no matter how hard we try.
I will openly admit there are times I am envious of those that sit around and do very little. I can get a little jelly of those that make it big on no talent and very little effort. Years go by and I keep pumping it and working it, only to see little result for all that effort. Others blow up for some of the dumbest things. We get a little spike here and there with no comprehension as to what set it off. We try the same things and they get much worse results. There was the up of the spike, and then the crash of everything else. We work really hard to be interesting and entertaining while staying true and loyal to God. Someone else gets way more viewers and donations to watch them sleep. Really?
Most days I have an overflow of chores in relation to the time I have in a day. There is so much more I want to do. There is so much more I want to get out there. I do not know when God will call me home. I have no clue when my rollercoaster will end. I work diligently day by day trying to make things better. Sometimes I feel like I am making progress. Other days I just hear the clicks as the rollercoaster is being pulled up a hill. I still have hope that better days are ahead. I still see shining light in front of us. Hopefully it is not a train coming at me in a tunnel.
I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
God bless,
Paul Bury
