They Can’t Take it Anymore
Cordova, TN; January 3, in the year of our Lord 2022 -- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the family friendly video games is continuing to be the voice of diversity in the gaming media, and media at large. It is becoming a daily occurrence that I hear from someone else that is sick of the censorship on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. The new tech media websites of Gab, Parler, Rumble, Bitchute, and Odysee are getting more popular. I see posts all the time where someone has completely deleted their YouTube, Twitter and/or Facebook accounts. They had all they could take sort of like Popeye. This is one of the reasons I am so glad we are on Gab, Parler, Rumble, Bitchute, and Odysee. We are reaching people there that we will never ever reach on YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter. The reception on the new tech sites has been stellar.
As these sites grow it is my personal hope and prayer that they do not get into censorship like the old tech sites. Time will tell what happens there. I know Gab has been making great strides with the parallel economy concept. Rumble has been growing thanks to an infusion of cash from another company. Parler has finally gotten more stable after all of their hiccups. Bitchute has rolled out improvements that makes uploading videos a lot easier. Odysee changed some of their payouts recently. It is nice to see new tech is growing, developing and in most cases improving.
There are things I would like to see from new tech social media sites personally. Gab needs to answer questions about monetization on the video side of their site. I would love to upload videos to Gab. As of right now they require us to pay them to do that, with no notification on whether or not we can get ad revenue on our videos. This severely limits Gab in terms of videos. Rumble needs to drastically improve their stats and tracking content. I have to scroll through over one hundred pages and multiple it by twenty-five to determine how many videos we have uploaded there. Other tracking content fails and needs attention.
Parler needs to improve what they show to users. They focus on the big guys only and I never see anything I want to click on outside of those I am following. Parler also needs to install some kind of a monetization program for users. Bitchute needs to finally roll out monetization for all users. It is beyond ridiculous we cannot get paid for any of our hard work there. They keep asking for donations, and said years ago monetization was coming out soon. That needs to be updated and upgraded ASAP. Odysee made things a lot more confusing going from a daily bonus to a once a week bonus if you are there three days of the week. Odysee also really messed us over. We spent months getting the one thousand views (only counts ten a day) for the five points. When we got to it we were only given one point. We also have more than enough viewers for a bonus but Odysee makes it a complete pain and does not count everyone.
We really enjoy the new tech social media sites. We have not cancelled any of our old tech social media sites because we are still bringing in revenue from some of them. Plus we can still reach people there. Until there is no one to reach or we get booted from them we will continue to post to those sites as well. I would love for Rumble to bring in more money than YouTube for Family Friendly Gaming. Right now that is not the case. At this point in time YouTube brings in a boatload more money than Rumble. We cannot leave that one the table and survive. We are still years away from uploading our 9K videos to Rumble. And we keep publishing more content almost daily.
I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
God bless,
Paul Bury
