Nintendo needs to Upgrade
Cordova, TN; August 7, in the year of our Lord 2023
-- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the
family friendly video games is continuing to be the voice of
diversity in the gaming media, and media at large. I am not the
first person to say this. I am not the last person to say this.
Nintendo needs to upgrade their technology. Reports we have been
given thus far is that the next system Nintendo plans on
releasing will be at the level of the PS4 and Xbox One. How many
years ago did the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S release? The PS5 and
Xbox Series X/S released close to three years ago. Why is
Nintendo one and a half generations behind with their next
planned release?
I just did some research and found out that the Xbox One and PS4
released in 2013. If Nintendo releases their next machine in
2024 it will be closing in on eleven years in terms of the age
of the technology. Why so far back Nintendo? I really hope these
reports are wrong. If Nintendo keeps this up the Evercade
systems will catch up before too long. I do not comprehend the
logic of releasing a new system with technology that is so old.
It makes no sense to me. I do not expect Nintendo to be
completely cutting edge with their technology. It would be nice
if they were no more than say five years back in tech. Going
back over a decade makes little to no sense to me at all.
Nintendo needed to upgrade the Nintendo Switch in terms of
processing power for some time now. I have been live streaming
Pokemon Scarlet and the system cannot handle what Nintendo tried
to do. The people skip around with frames dropping in a way that
is very noticeable. Nintendo does not listen to anyone anymore
and they are falling farther and farther behind. The real issue
and the real problem is my fellow gamers. They do not expect
more. They do not expect better. They keep handing over their
money as fast as they can to make Nintendo even wealthier. Since
you do not demand any better we don't get any better. Let me
know when you finally get fed up with it.
