Rebellion Corporation Announced
July 4, in the year of our Lord 2023 -- Indie
game developer and publisher OO Games is proud to announce the
upcoming release of Rebellion Corporation, an action-packed and
visually beautiful base-defense game played in true RTS style.
Scheduled for an official release around August 2023, Rebellion
Corporation thrusts you onto a planet occupied by robots with
the task of mining resources and find ways of escape while
fending off their attacks!
Rebellion Corporation is full of intrigue and surprise: during
the space reclamation project, which was carried out as a
national solidarity, an accident caused by an AI runaway
threatened the survival of all mankind, and mankind had no
choice but to escape from terraformed planets in hastily made
Ark spaceships. In a situation where everything for survival is
lacking, you must run away by mining the resources of a
robot-dominated planet to maintain the system of the Ark. The
Ark’s survival is entirely in your hands, and it is from the Ark
that you equip bases and modules and hire crew members with the
rewards you get from completing missions. There is a host of
different construction modules from where you can execute
special functions, such as gathering, storing and combat. The
game also includes many elite crews with abilities will assist
you in your mission. The various turret modules are always doing
their best to defend your base without your attention. As the
story unfolds you will learn about the intertwined interests of
various groups in front of the crisis of humanity.
Rebellion Corporation offers a lot of versatility: You decide
how fast and how much to gather, and the controlled robot
cleverly does the rest saving you critical time and resources.
But be careful. If you reach your gathering goal too slowly, or
if you are too greedy and try to gather large quantities, your
base will be at risk. Resource gathering and defense of turrets
are automatic during gameplay.
Rebellion Corporation is fully playable today in a special demo
that is part of the full version when released. In this unique
download you can play the first of a total of 4 planets and your
save file carries over once the game comes out.
