The Puppeteer Release Date
October 10, in the year of our Lord 2023 --
London based indie game developer Danny Martin is proud to
announce October 18th 2023 as the official worldwide release
date for his debut game, The Puppeteer, a retro-inspired pixel
art adventure with RPG elements coming to PC via STEAM™. Two
years in the making, The Puppeteer challenges you to traverse
various lands seeking to piece together the methods and madness
of an evil antagonist puppeteer.
The Puppeteer is a fun retro-inspired game full of enemies,
unexpected surprises, and many secrets to uncover. Enemies are
numerous and as you progress, the more you will need the aid of
potions to survive. Using the unique potion crafting system,
everything from healing to speed to damage output can be
enhanced by the brews that you master. You have many options on
what to mix in each potion and you can use that to build your
own strategies. Your exploration will eventually lead to hidden
areas full of surprises and you will have the chance to learn
more about the characters as you play. How much you explore and
who you rendezvous with will have a direct impact on what ending
you receive should you complete the game, as there are multiple
endings to unlock.
The Puppeteer features crisp colourful graphics and intense
arcade-style action. Master your potion crafting skills to
survive and eventually find the secret hideout of the evil
puppeteer! Enjoy five increasingly difficult levels riddled with
hordes of enemies and baddies, and for the true adventurer,
there is a host of fun achievements to unlock.
