Truths to Share - Never Enough Time
Cordova, TN; April 3, in the year of our Lord 2023
-- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the
family friendly video games is continuing to be the voice of
diversity in the gaming media, and media at large. There are so
many truths I love to share. This turned into a series of
articles. One of my biggest problems is having enough time to do
all of the different projects I am trying to get done. I make a
list of all of the things I am trying to work on each and every
single day. I do not know where the time goes some days. I am
asked to help with this. I am needed to fix that. It goes on and
on until I realize my to do list has very few things marked out.
Who is there to help me get all of it done? This for me is one
of the biggest problems. I am so giving and so helping that it
can get annoying that no one ever wants to help me when I need
it. They are watching videos, or playing games, or talking on
the phone. Why won't anyone help me? It can get aggravating some
days. Then when I ask for help I get all kinds of attitude
because they only want to do what they want to do. At times I
feel like my shining example on a hill is not being learned. I
just showed over and over again how to put others first when
they ask, or they just need it. At times people do not need to
ask me to help, because I do it anyway.
I feel like I have gone round and round on this issue over and
over again. I have addressed it a plethora of different ways. I
wonder if some people are not listening. Maybe they are so self
absorbed they do not care about anyone else. Maybe they just
take and take, do not even consider putting back in. I pour
myself out for others so many times in so many ways. It can be
exhausting to need help, and not get things done. Do they just
see me as their slave labor? There are very few days I get all
of my chores done. I would love for my truth to be different
from that.
