Don't You Want to do MORE?

Cordova, TN; April 1, in the year of our Lord 2024 -- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the family friendly video games is continuing to be the voice of diversity in the gaming media, and media at large. I get a real chuckle out of people in PR and Marketing that start an email with: "Since you covered this game in the past." Yeah we did cover your product in the past. Did you think to ask if we made or lost money off of that coverage? Do you think that product helped us with our mission? Is there anything you could have done to help us continue to exist? Do we care about your product? Are we interested in your product?

The people sending this emails do not care about us. They just want us to give them their way. They just want to reach our 9.88 million unique IP addresses. They just want to enrich themselves. They just want to get bonuses from their client. Guess how many of them have sent us any of their bonus for the hard work we did that made them massively wealthy? The answer is zero, none, nada, and nothing. Did you know that we lose money off of every single story we publish? When we let a company know we published coverage that makes them money we share with them the ways they can continue to help us to exist. Less than one percent does anything to help us ever.

I prefer to spread the wealth so to speak. I like giving other companies and other products opportunities to reach Family Friendly Gaming Universe. Sure the super majority of them don't care about us either. It only takes one a year to help us out though. Since I know certain companies and people fail us again and again I have a question. Why would we give them even more coverage on something when we know they will fail us yet again? Ultimately the answer to 'don't you want more' is no. I don't want to do more work on this product. I don't want to publish more content on your product. You failed us before, I expect no different from you the next time. Maybe you should think about spreading your wealth to help us continue to exist.

I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

God bless,
Paul Bury
