RTO Nuclear Disaster
Cordova, TN; March 18, in the year of
our Lord 2024 -- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry
leader in covering the family friendly video games is continuing
to be the voice of diversity in the gaming media, and media at
large. I comment on a plethora of topics that interest me. I am
so sick and tired of the control freak sociopath managers trying
to force workers back into the office. These hater managers will
complain that people do not want to change. These managers are
refusing to accept the change the pandemic brought us. They are
trying to reject all of that change that was for the good and
helped workers. How many hours do workers lose in commute time?
Completely out of touch organizations are rejecting technology
and demanding workers lose time they gained in the pandemic so
they can see their faces and get less work done in the office.
Less work happens in the office than when people are working
from home. It comes down to the fact that these control freak
managers want to keep people under their thumbs. These control
freak managers want to have an audience listen to them babble
about things none of us care about. We want to get the work done
and get home. When we work from home we feel more engaged,
interested, and enjoying the jobs. They don't care.
RTO or Return to the Office is creating all kinds of anger.
There are companies losing all kinds of great workers because
they have to see them in person. I also noticed more workers in
day jobs are huddling together complaining about the companies
and managers. So in essence the hater managers forcing this down
the workers throats are setting up their very own demise.
Employee Engagement Surveys show that workers are extremely
angry about this horrible push for RTO. Leadership at these
companies do not care because they are self-centered,
self-absorbed scum that should not be in those roles.
American workers found a better work life balance, and workplace
flexibility with working from home thanks to the pandemic. The
managers do not care. The managers do not care about any of the
workers. The managers whine that they are not good at using
technology to manage. So they decide to make their workers
miserable, hate them, and hate the companies they work for.
These hater managers are turning the workplace into a nuclear
meltdown radiation zone. But they get their way. Obviously that
is all they want.
