Where is my package?
Family Friendly Gaming News
Cordova, TN; September 23, in the year of our Lord 2024
-- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in
covering the family friendly video games is continuing to be the
voice of diversity in the gaming media, and media at large. I
wonder at times if it is the current age or has something to do
with the area I live in. I know some people tell me all is good
on all fronts, and others tell me incompetence is on the rise. I
know in the Memphis, TN area we have problems with things from
time to time. Ask for something at a place of business where you
are trying to give them money and employees ignore you. I have
ran into racism and sexism in Memphis, TN.
If you watched the FFG Haul for August in the year of our Lord
2024 then you know the order
of fourteen NES games
we made from Lukie's Games did not arrive. It is now half a
month later and the package has still not gotten here. UPS
delivered to the US Post Office. It was at their local hub and
scanned out on August 24th. I am writing this on September 16th,
and there has been no change. Yolanda has gone and talked to the
Post Office. They claim no knowledge since there has been no
more scans. It is in your possession. Go and look for it. Find
my package. How many weeks or months do we need to wait for it?
My complaints to Lukie's Games are quite clear. I paid you for
this and I want it. If the US Post Office is not capable of
delivering it then use someone else. Obviously the Post Office
has too much work to do. We need to help them with that by
giving them less business in the near future. I may have to find
someone else to order retro video games from. I can't have this
happen again and again. I feel like no one is doing anything to
resolve this problem when it should be really simple to fix. The
US Post Office is way past any reasonable SLA. Fines should
start happening to get them to start doing something productive
on this problem.
{UPDATE: Lukie's Game's canceled our order and refunded the
money. So now I have to try and find somewhere else to buy
from.}
I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
God bless,
Paul Bury
