17 MARCH in the year of our Lord 2025 -
Kyoto-based independent games studio Q-Games has announced that
they will release Dreams of Another on PC/Steam in 2025. Dreams
of Another is the latest title from the mind of multimedia
artist Baiyon and has already been announced for PlayStation 5
and PSVR2 later this year.
In addition, the PlayStation 5 version of the game will be
playable for the first time at Day of the Devs 2025, San
Francisco and GDC editions. Dreams of Another is also
participating in the Day of the Devs event on Steam and the
game’s Steam page is now live!
About the Game
Dreams of Another is the latest title by multimedia artist
Baiyon, the director of PixelJunk Eden. The game is built around
the philosophical theme of "No Creation Without Destruction."
Rather than destroying objects by shooting, as in traditional
shooting games, here, your shots materialize and create the
world.
This unconventional mechanic offers a gameplay experience that
challenges the norms of the genre and invites players into a
whole new dimension.
