Family Friendly Gaming News

Cordova, TN; March 10, in the year of our Lord 2024 -- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the family friendly video games is continuing to be the voice of diversity in the gaming media, and media at large. I noticed recently that the supporters of RTO are getting more angry, hateful, nasty, ugly, and divisive. These same people claim to support diversity. These same people claim to be tolerant of differing viewpoints. Yet story after story is coming out about how rude, ugly, hateful, nasty, repulsive, and disgusting they are being to anyone who has a different viewpoint and perspective than them. Why are they being so evil? I believe it comes down to they want their way and are so simple minded that they do not care about others. How long will leaders like that last?

I know plenty of people that are happier and more productive when they get to work from home. I know plenty of people that enjoy the peace and quiet at home. I know plenty of people that are thriving, growing, and developing while they work from home. I also know many people in the hybrid situation that tell me their offices feel like prisons. The supervisors act like guards making sure their prisoners are in their cells. The cultures at these companies have taken a huge plummet. They are sick of being forced into meetings in person. They get sick after being forced into meetings in person. I even know people that feel like the supervisors hate them and are trying to murder them by forcing them into in person meetings.

I know plenty of people that have told their supervisors how they feel. I know plenty of people that tell me their supervisors are failing to listen. The extrovert supervisors continue to push their extrovert agenda on everyone. These same supervisors are confused at the very low opinion of the work place in employee engagement surveys. My advice is to listen to your employees. Listen to what they have to say without trying to argue with them. Listen and try and comprehend their diverse perspective. Otherwise you are the problem, and you are making things worse by your failure to listen.

I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

God bless,
