Zoominoes Demo Coming

Family Friendly Gaming News

Denver – February 18, in the year of our Lord 2025 – Starlight Games announced today that a demo for the upcoming strategy game Zoominoes will be featured in the Steam Next Fest scheduled from February 24th through March 3rd. In this tile-based roguelite deckbuilder, players collect tiles of cute animals and score points with crazy combos as they create the perfect zoo. Zoominoes contains a variety of Zookeepers, Souvenirs, Animals, and Snacks, as well as challenging special events and a range of difficulty levels.

Zoominoes is a deceptively simple puzzle game with opportunities for deep strategic play. Place animal tiles from your hand on your board, matching by type or color in order to meet or exceed goal points for the round. Earn coins to purchase souvenirs and snacks that add bonuses or manipulate your animals. Special events put a twist on gameplay and offer limited time goals.

“We wanted to create a game that is approachable but offers a lot of depth,” says Matthew Nass, co-founder of Starlight Games. “The cheerful art style and animal collecting theme give Zoominoes a cozy feel, but the strategic possibilities and endless combos will keep you playing over and over.”
