Final Fantasy III Now Available for OUYA
LOS ANGELES (Mar. 28, in the year of our Lord 2013)
– Square Enix Inc., the publisher of SQUARE ENIX® interactive
entertainment products in the Americas, today announced that
FINAL FANTASY® III is available now on the new OUYA games
console.
The OUYA release of FINAL FANTASY III features several updates
specifically developed for the console including improved
visuals and optimized control systems. A free-to-try demo
version of the game will also be available at launch.
First released in 1990, FINAL FANTASY III was the first title in
the FINAL FANTASY series to become a one million-seller,
establishing once and for all that Square Enix's classic RPG
saga was here to stay. FINAL FANTASY III was a hallmark of
innovation for the entire series, from the job system that lets
characters change classes at any time, to the ability to summon
powerful creatures such as Shiva and Bahamut.

About OUYA
OUYA was created in 2012 by Julie Uhrman, a video game industry
veteran who saw an opportunity to open up the last closed game
platform — the TV. Uhrman and an initial team of game developers
and advisors brought the concept to life, with the help of Yves
Behar. OUYA is a new kind of game console that is $99.99 and
where all games are free to try. OUYA will ship to early backers
on March 28, 2013, followed by a full retail launch in June and
available at Amazon, Best Buy, GAME, GameStop and Target.
