Regular Show Video Game Gone Gold
D3Publisher and Cartoon Network’s Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-Bit Land Goes Gold for October 29 Release
October 3, in the year of
our Lord 2013 -- D3Publisher (D3P) and Cartoon Network
Enterprises (CNE) today announced that Regular Show: Mordecai
and Rigby in 8-Bit Land, has gone gold and will be available
nationwide for Nintendo 3DS™ hand-held system for $29.95 on
October 29, 2013.
Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-Bit Land is the first
video game based on the Emmy® Award-winning Cartoon Network
television series, Regular Show. An original storyline and
concept written by series creator J. G. Quintel, the game
follows two best friends, Mordecai and Rigby, who must use their
skills and unique abilities to traverse the various challenges
to escape and get back home in a brand-new ‘eggscellent’
journey.
Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-Bit Land is under
development by WayForward and is rated “E10+” (Cartoon Violence)
for the Nintendo 3DS by the ESRB.
About Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-Bit Land
Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-Bit Land follows two
friends, Mordecai the 6-foot tall blue jay, and Rigby the
raccoon, when they find themselves stuck inside a video game and
must travel through the pixilated land of 8-bit to make their
way out. This hijinks-filled adventure is packed with
platforming, space shooting, and old-school top down video game
mania, and comes fully loaded with tons of Regular Show
characters and humor from the show.
