Class of Heroes 2G Release Date

San Jose, CA - May 29, in the year of our Lord 2015 - On June 2, 2015, MonkeyPaw Games, Inc. and GAIJINWORKS, Inc will open enrollment for one of the most unique virtual schools in video game history, the Crostini Academy of Adventuring Arts, in the grid-based dungeon-crawling RPG, Class of Heroes 2G for the PlayStation®3.

In Class of Heroes 2G, soon-to-be tested adventurers enroll in Crostini Academy to learn the way of the sword or staff by accepting quests that require them to survive over 125 fiendish labyrinth maps crawling with over 250 monstrous beasts to finish out the school year and graduate with honors. The game features 10 races (like Human, Elf, Dwarf, etc) and 18 unique classes (like Ranger, Sorcerer, Berserker, etc) so players have hundreds of options to craft just the right party of up to six to go exploring. And, once the exploration begins, things soon get very interesting. Unlike many dungeon-crawlers, Class of Heroes 2G features an engaging, ongoing story that starts innocently, but eventually becomes all-consuming as players progress through the quests thrown their way.

Dungeon-crawling RPGs are rare on the PlayStation®3, and with Class of Heroes 2G, fans finally have another game to play in this growing genre, which is amazing, but it gets even better! The game also sports a technical marvel that’s a worldwide RPG first for the PlayStation®3: a dual-screen play! Players can register and sync their PS Vita/PSP ® to the PlayStation®3 to use as a controller, and Class of Heroes 2G will use the second screen to display additional information, like maps and stats, relevant to what’s happening on the main screen. Once RPG fans try out this awesome feature, they’ll want it on all their RPGs!

The game features a Normal and a Hard mode, so newbies and veteran RPG fans alike will feel right at home from the start. And players better settle in with snacks, drinks, and comfy clothes, because the game is stuffed with so much gameplay, it even overflows the final credits! After the credits roll, there are a series of optional challenge quests, and once those are completed, the ten level Dark Gate labyrinth awaits! With a major boss on every floor, the final labyrinth is essentially a Boss Rush-type final test of player skill.

Class of Heroes 2G will be available on June 2nd on the PlayStation Store for $44.99.
