Earth Atlantis out on Steam
January 29th, in the year of our Lord 2019, Dueren, Germany - Headup Games and Pixel Perfex announce today's release of Earth Atlantis on Steam for $14.99, €14.99, £13.49. For the first week, there is a release discount with 20% off.
In Earth Atlantis, mankind's main capitals are destroyed and lie deep down at the bottom of the sea as ruins of steel and stone. The machines have found their place in this new environment and now roam the seas as terrifying hybrids of creatures and machines.
The fierce post-apocalyptic submarine shoot 'em up features the style of old sketches, reminiscent of a time, when sea exploration just began and the sea was believed to be inhabited by equally fantastic and dangerous creatures. Now, once again, the world has to be discovered. Climb on board one of four individual submarines, each with different advantages and weaponry, and hunt down huge bosses in fierce battles.
Re-balanced gameplay mechanics, resulting from user feedback from the earlier console versions, make Earth Atlantis more enjoyable than ever: Retro fans will be happy to hear that they can also use the d-pad to steer their ship on their controller, while many game elements are now much more intuitive and easy to use for non-hardcore shooter players as well.
