Sushi Battle Rambunctiously Update

Daejeon, South Korea –November 7th, in the year of our Lord 2024– Indie game developer Visual Light announces that Nintendo Switch's popular party game "Sushi Battle Rambunctiously" will introduce a new content expansion update. This new update will provide a further enhanced gaming experience by integrating single and multi-modes, adding new AI, and enhancing vibration capabilities. The game will also be released on the PlayStation platforms this winter.

Sushi Battle Rambunctiously was officially invited to the exhibitions of BitSummit in Kyoto, Japan, PAX WEST in Seattle, USA, and INDIE CRAFT in Seongnam, South Korea this year, proving its international popularity and receiving positive user responses. This update reflects global user feedback and further strengthens game ability to show a newly upgraded appearance.

Wave Mode: With the integration of Single Mode and Multiplayer Mode, the previously player-number-dependent Wave Mode and Battle Mode are now available to enjoy

Zombie Sirimon Wave – A fighting mode against waves of Zombie Sirimon enemies.

Sirimon Wave – A battle against regular Sirimon, with increasing AI opponents in each wave to provide varied difficulty levels.

Battle Mode: Up to four players can join this mode, with AI automatically filling any empty player spots, ensuring an engaging, action-packed experience for everyone.

New Mode – Shirimon Wave

New Sirimon AI and Expanded Modes
Enhanced Gameplay with Additional AI and Renamed Modes for a Richer Gaming Experience. The former Zombie Sirimon Wave has been renamed to Zombie Wave Mode, adding more diversity to the gameplay experience.

In Battle Mode, players can now add up to three AI-controlled Sirimon opponents, enabling solo players to enjoy an intense and dynamic competition.

Revised Menu Names Enhance Immersive Experience
Sushi Battle Rambunctiously has spiced up its interface with a menu update that aligns even closer with its sushi-themed gameplay. The familiar "Single Mode" is now renamed to "Order", and "Multiplayer Mode" has been renamed to "Recipe". These thematic changes allow players to dive deeper into the world of sushi battles, enhancing the overall immersive experience.

Upgraded Vibration Feature
A new vibration toggle option has been added to the controller settings menu, allowing players to turn vibration on or off to match their preference.

Sushi Battle Rambunctiously is a four-player battle royale party game that combines physics-based gameplay with a fun and lighthearted twist. Designed to make everyone smile, the game lets players continue the action even after being knocked out of the ring. Eliminated players return as "Zombie Sirimon," allowing them to stay in the game until only one player remains.

The term "Rambunctiously" reflects the game's chaotic and energetic nature. In Sushi Battle Rambunctiously, four adorable sushi characters known as "Sirimon" battle it out to be the last one standing and claim the "Golden Plate." This PVPVE (Player vs. Player vs. Environment) game pits players not only against each other but also against Zombie Sirimon enemies, fostering moments of both intense competition and unexpected cooperation.

The term "Sirimon" is a playful combination of the Japanese words for "white rice" (shari) and "monster." Besides the traditional white rice characters, players can encounter other charming varieties like "Red Shari" (made with red vinegar), "Black Shari" (made with black rice), and "Yellow Shari" (made with brown rice). And of course, there are the cute but spooky "Zombie Sirimon," who will eat anything in their path!
