Barrage Coming in Spring
Family Friendly Gaming News
Milano, Italy –March 12, in the year of our Lord 2025–
Independent development studio Cranio Creations will be launching
Barrage, a turn-based strategy game, on Steam in Spring.
Barrage is a strategic worker placement game where Engineers perform
key Actions like gathering Machinery, managing water, constructing
structures, and producing energy, but with limited shared Action
spaces, timing is crucial to outmaneuver opponents.
Each turn, players can pick only one Action, and stronger Actions
require more Engineers, making efficient worker management essential
to success. Unique corporations and CEOs provide special passive
abilities that enhance energy production, profits, or resource
management as the game progresses.
Executive Officers further influence gameplay, creating diverse
playstyles and strategic depth, while randomized Objectives, Energy
Contracts, and Technologies ensure fresh challenges and high
replayability in every session.
Barrage’s uchronic world is faithfully adapted for PC, preserving
its signature visual appeal while offering both online multiplayer
for global competition and offline mode for a customized solo
experience, with ongoing updates shaped by player feedback.
