13 FEBRUARY, in the year of our Lord 2025 – Indie publisher Digerati is delighted to announce that Lilac 0, a new vertically scrolling shoot 'em up, will launch 4th March on Steam, priced $11.49. It will be available with a 15% launch discount for a limited period.

Created by solo developer Victor Pouderoux, Lilac 0 offers a vintage shmup experience with intense arcade gameplay and authentic retro aesthetics. Its tightly focused design means it can be completed by skilled players in a quick, single sitting, although multiple playthroughs are required to master the game's mechanics, learn its bullet and enemy patterns, and achieve a perfect S-Rank rated run.

A demo for Lilac 0 is available to download now from the game's Steam page. It includes the game's first stage, three difficulties (Novice, Arcade, Master), and leaderboards.

Set on the machine world of Molybdion, Lilac 0 puts players in the role of Rairakku, an ancient warrior and blade-wielding automaton deployed to destroy the planet's mechanzied inhabitants. Lilac 0 has a distinct, retro arcade feel that combines refined mechanics, challenging gameplay, stunning pixel art, and a powerful chiprock soundtrack.
