January 1, in the year of our Lord 2025 -- KIC Games is pleased to announce the “New Year's Campaign” from 1/1/2025 to 1/31/2025 for “Rustil: Eternal Labyrinth Castle,” currently available in Early Access. During this period, by collecting certain items that appear in the game, you will be able to unlock additional costumes exclusive to the New Year. Please take this opportunity to enjoy your adventures in new attire!

Campaign Overview

During the event period, special “mochi” items will be dropped from monsters and other objects in the game. Mochi is a traditional Japanese New Year's food, made from glutinous rice and soft rice cakes.

By collecting a certain number of “mochi”, you can unlock additional costumes only available for the New Year.

To enjoy this event, you need to update to the latest version (0.6.7).

On April 26, 2024, we successfully released the Early Access version of “Rustil: Eternal Labyrinth Castle”. The game was downloaded 10,000 times in the first month after its release, and many people have been playing it.

Since then, videos of many fans playing the game have been distributed, and many people have visited and played the game at game exhibition events (e.g., Tokyo Game Show 2024).

Finally, we plan to release the official version of the game in 2025. We will continue to develop the current Early Access version and make the game even more enjoyable for many people, so please continue to support “Rustil: Eternal Labyrinth Castle” in the future.

Story

Rustil, a girl who lost her memory confronts a labyrinthine castle filled with mystery.

The story is about a world where a huge castle suddenly appears.

In the labyrinthine castle, many souls of adventurers who have lost their powers lie dormant. The main character, "Rustil," has a mysterious power to acquire abilities from those souls and strengthen herself. What does it mean? Rustil losing her past memories meets the fairy “Kotryn” and challenges the unknown labyrinth castle.

Features of this work

1. Roguelike

The Labyrinth Castle is a random dungeon, where the souls of heroes who have lost their powers lie dormant inside the castle.

If you run out of power, you will lose all the items you have, so return home if you are in danger.

2. Speedy and exhilarating action

Rustil can perform a variety of actions.

There are three types of weapons available at this time: the one-handed sword, the magic staff, and the rifle sword.

3. Capturing, raising, and summoning monsters

A variety of monsters appear in the labyrinth castle, all of which can be captured. By training monsters, you can enhance their stats and even change their "personality" so that even the same monster will behave completely differently.

4. Online Battle

Instead of players cooperating with each other to conquer the same dungeon, the game is played like a puzzle game, with players advancing through each dungeon while sending obstacles and assassins to their opponents, The first player to run out of steam loses.
