Scribblenauts
We have received some reports related to
issues with Super Scribblenauts. So we decided to start with
Scribblenauts, and see what it had in it. This Nintendo DS video game
from Warner Bros Interactive is unique in many ways. It is a puzzle game
where you type in the items you need. Say there is a cat stuck in a
tree. Well type ladder, or trampoline to get to the cat, and free it.
Then take it to your owner. The beauty is there are multiple ways to
solve most of the puzzles. The bad news is there are some things that
may bother you that is in this game. I have been trying various words,
and some it does not recognize whereas others it does. The animation is
a little herky jerky in Scribblenauts, but the music is very inspired.
The E10+ (Everyone 10 years and older) is certainly earned by this hand
held title. The ESRB gave it Cartoon Violence, and Comic Mischief as the
two descriptors. There is a multi-card mode in Scribblenauts for up to
two players. It is my goal to complete this game soon, and get a review
in a future issue of Family Friendly Gaming.
