Lego City Undercover

The Family Friendly Gaming Nation enjoys playing Lego games. There are so many different breeds of these games that they reach all kinds of different families all over the world. Lego City Undercover is a game that can help kick start the sputtering Wii U home console. The humor is there in this game. All of us here at FFG were laughing hysterically thanks to the comments in Lego City Undercover. Frank Honey is one of the best characters in this Wii U game.

We take on the role of Chase McCain in Lego City Undercover. He is being brought back to Lego City to stop Rex Fury. Rex broke out of jail, and the city is suffering a crime spree. The police fall to pieces - literally in Lego City Undercover. We work our way through fifteen chapters of a variety of police work. Most of it undercover - hence the name of this game. Bricks are more important than studs since they are used for the Super Builds. Those are large vehicles that are created.

The downsides to Lego City Undercover are the long loading times, the high price, and that it is a one player only game. There can also be a balance problem at the beginning in terms of the bricks. Once you learn what to do though it moves along much faster. The game play world in Lego City Undercover is huge. I love driving or flying around the city. There is so much to see and do. Expect a full comprehensive review to appear in Family Friendly Gaming issue #70.
