Lego The Hobbit

Back in 2014 Family Friendly Gaming reviewed Lego The Hobbit on the PS Vita. Since the Nintendo 3DS version of Lego The Hobbit is so similar we lumped the two together. Recently I decided that I wanted to play and review Lego The Hobbit on the Nintendo 3DS. I miss the hand held Lego video games. Hence this preview. I am always keeping my eye out for interesting hand held video games for families. Many times we write about things and companies take our ideas and run with them. How many hundreds of millions of dollars have our ideas made the video game industry? It would be nice if they sent some of that wealth our way after all it was our ideas.

To me Lego The Hobbit looks good and it sounds good. I like how this game looks. I like how most of the hand held Lego games look. I miss these games. I hope to see more of them in the future. I really enjoyed playing this game. Lego The Hobbit was really low in price with a cartridge, case and manual. Which is always important in my opinion. TT Games put a lot into Lego The Hobbit on the Nintendo 3DS. I hope to see the hand held Lego video games return very soon. Expect a full review to appear in an upcoming issue of Family Friendly Gaming.
