Home Computer Heroes Collection 1

I am very thankful I had the money to purchase a copy of the Home Computer Heroes Collection 1 on the Evercade. There are seven games on this cartridge. The games on the Home Computer Heroes Collection 1 cartridge are Planet X2, Attack of the PETSCII Robots, Farming Simulator C64 Edition, The Sword of Ianna, Citadel Remonstered, Tanks Furry, and Bridge Strike. There are two action games, one strategy, one platformer, one simulation, one shoot em up, and one first person shooter. The developers for this cartridge are The 8-Bit Guy, Giants Software, RetroWorks, Virtual Design, and Project R3D. The publisher for Home Computer Heroes Collection 1 is Blaze Entertainment.

The interesting titles in Home Computer Heroes Collection 1for me are Farming Simulator C64 Edition, Tanks Furry, and Bridge Strike. It is really cool to see what Farming Simulator would have been like on the Commodore 64. Tanks Furry is going around mazes and shooting other tanks. Reminds me of Combat. Bridge Strike is a lot like River Raid. We are on a river with a plane and we shoot other vehicles. We must also collect fuel along the way or our plane will crash. Look for a full review of the Home Computer Heroes Collection 1 cartridge in issue #203 of the always amazing Family Friendly Gaming magazine and e-magazine.
