iBomber Attack
SCORE: 57
iBomber Attack is a military game where
you have one tank and you go out there and destroy the entire enemy
army. Yes you have to suspend all belief into how wars are really
fought. iBomber Attack reminds this reviewer of Jackal on the Nintendo
Entertainment System (commonly referred to as the 8-bit NES).
iBomber Attack is more sophisticated than Jackal though. Players are
provided a variety of missions within one of the twenty-four levels.
There are intel documents to find, targets to destroy, etc. In fact the
main goal seems to be - destroy everything in sight. Commit complete
genocide on the enemy.
Tanks will blow up machine gun nests, other tanks, and troops. The enemy
combatants will explode into a circle of red blood. This can be done by
running them over or blowing them up. It saddens the heart to see so
much death in one little game. The violent content in iBomber Attack is
pretty high.
The music in iBomber Attack reminds players of the military. The
controls are a driving circle on the left and a firing circle on the
right. These two controls work efficiently throughout the game. It is
very easy to move one direction and fire another one in iBomber Attack.
iBomber Attack is not for children. This should be a game for teenagers
on up in this reviewers opinion. The blood and violence are the core of
what players do. Levels are long in iBomber Attack which is not
generally conducive to a hand held video game like the iPhone and iPod
Touch.
