In all of
the years Family Friendly Gaming has been around we have seen peripheral
companies come and go. Nyko has also watched these other companies come
in with a bang and slink away quietly. Nyko is still here consistently
producing important devices for gamers of all ranges.
Charge Base for Xbox One is a classic example of this. This little unit
will save your family money. It can charge two Xbox One controllers at
the same time. The battery life lasts around twenty-five hours. So you
will not be Wii U constantly recharging.
Batteries can get costly over time. The rechargable Xbox One controllers
are insanely expensive. My advice is to buy the standard Xbox One
controller, and the Charge Base for Xbox One. It will save you money.
Over time that savings just grows and grows.
The Charge Base for Xbox One has a neat little feature on the charge
base portion. It shows the controller or controllers being charged. A
light will appear near it. A red light denotes twenty-five percent
charge. An orange light shows fifty percent charge. A green light
denotes seventy-five percent charge. Once it finishes it flashes white
and then turns off.
The Charge Base for Xbox One looks sleek, and behaves nicely. There is a
cover over the rechargeable batteries on the back of the controllers. It
feels just like the regular controller. It also adds no additional
weight. In essence players save money with no down side with the Charge
Base for Xbox One.
We plan on using the Charge Base for Xbox One for years. We have done
that with other Nyko products. Used them for years until they finally
died out. Which is one of the reasons Nyko is around when so many other
