Jake and the Never Land Pirates Never Land Rescue

Disney Junior puts on a clinic with their television shows for children. They make them interesting, entertaining, and educational. I love how the kids in Jake and the Never Land Pirates Never Land Rescue are always being helpful. They see someone in need, and they help.

Captain Hook is the recipient of the assistance most of the time in Jake and the Never Land Pirates Never Land Rescue. Which is funny because he never wants help from Jake and the Never Land Pirates. He also has problems saying thank you after he is helped.

Jake and the Never Land Pirates Never Land Rescue contains Jake's Never Land Rescue (full length adventure), It's A Pirate Picnic, The Key to Skull Rock, The Golden Twilight Treasure, Rock the Croc, Jake and the Sneaky LeBeak, Cubby the Brave, Jake's Special Delivery, and Seahorse Saddle-Up.

In the main full length adventure Jake's Never Land Rescue, Never Land is in danger of disappearing. A forever tree is dying. This is important because it is the source of magic in Never Land. Jake goes on a quest by himself to save it. The reward for completing it is very great. Yet none of the other episodes showed his new found skill.

Bonus content in Jake and the Never Land Pirates Never Land Rescue is nine Playing with Skully Bonus Shorts. They contain educational information on things like eating fruit as a healthy snack. There is also an inflatable Sword of Destiny, and some glow in the dark stickers.

Younger kids get into Jake and the Never Land Pirates Never Land Rescue. They also celebrated his moving on to the next stage of his life. Most were disappointed he returned to his old life. As an adult I can understand why this decision was made. The show would not be the same without him. Ultimately he stays with his friends. Which means kids can enjoy future DVD releases. There is mild name calling in this show.
