Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2
SCORE: 92
Microsoft caught us off guard with Kinect
Sesame Street TV Season 2. Why? The second season came much faster than
the first one. Before you get confused we are talking about a video
game. Or is it television? It is a part of what is being described as
2-way TV. It is a lot like a television show but there are interactive
parts.
Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2 feels more seamless than the first
Kinect Sesame Street TV. The line between television and video game is
being blurred thanks to titles like Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2.
There is an app on the Xbox 360 that needs to be downloaded to play
Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2. This means this game is not like DLC.
Your family does not need the first game to play Kinect Sesame Street TV
Season 2.
The downside to Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2 is your family has to
use their Internet connection to stream the game. If your Xbox 360 has
enough memory you can download an episode at a time to be played on the
local device. The sizes of these episodes are large (over a gig), so
keep that in mind. We ran into a few buffering issues while playing the
eight episodes that make up Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2.
Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2 is a learning game that teaches a
variety of lessons. Kids can learn things like throwing, numbers,
letters, shapes, finding hidden objects, different motions, professions,
Spanish, sounds, and more. Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2 can be used
to help burn off energy from rumbustious kids.
Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2 also teaches life lessons like asking
for help, playing together with friends, science, helping others, saving
money, and more. One of the most interesting lessons involved talking to
those who were angry. The idea was having them share their feelings
would make them feel better. This does not always work in the real
world, but of course it always works on Sesame Street.
There are some real characters in Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2. The
hippie chick who helps Elmo is the most memorable. My kids wanted to
know what her problem was. The Count has a game where kids need to stay
still while he counts. He will stop once a child starts to dance around.
At the end he congratulates the child on staying still the entire time
even if they moved around.
If you are into achievements on the Xbox 360, then you can earn many of
them in Kinect Sesame Street TV Season 2. This Kinect title hits the
target audience masterfully well. It makes me think a VeggieTales
interactive television video game could be around the corner really
soon. I can hope can't I?
