Madmonster
SCORE: 67
Madmonster
is part Rampage and part Let's Jump. Players take on the role of a
monster who jumps up after crashing into an object. Objects can be
people, troops, buildings, helicopters, planes, and more. Each level in
Madmonster has three goals. Complete the goals and you have beaten the
level.
Some levels are really easy based on what the goals are. Others can be
difficult based on the goals. For example you may need to destroy so
many planes, tanks, and do it in so many seconds. Getting it done in
that time limit is where things get difficult in Madmonster.
There are numerous explosions in Madmonster. Your monster is continually
destroying things. More keep coming so you can try again if you are
having trouble getting airborne. Tapping on the right side of the screen
moves your monster to the right. Tapping on the left side moves him/her
to the left.
There are a couple of menu screens in Madmonster. One is on the right
side. It will come out to show your progress on the three goals. The
other one is on the left side, and it shows special powers you can do.
The right side menu came out with no problem. Getting the left side menu
to come out was not as consistent.
There are enough levels in Madmonster to keep most iOS gamers occupied
for a week. Especially when one throws in the difficulty factor. Kids
probably should not play this due to the violence. Madmonster is an
eclectic mixture of different styles and genres. Not quite fully either,
it is its own monster.
