Mittens is all about a cute little kitty cat who is trying to get a kiss from a lady cat he fancies. He goes to extreme lengths to bring her objects she wants. We cut through wood, open windows, close windows, launch him on antennas, let birds carry him, and more. All to get to one spot in each level.

This iOS game has a high level of humor. Poor little Mittens gets mistreated at almost every single turn. He does not give up which is a testament to his perseverance. The animations are great, although the images are on the small side. Obstacles will ruin your level in Mittens, but you will most likely avoid them the next time.

The music in Mittens is quirky. I stumbled around trying to classify it. I did appreciate the celebration sounds when I completed a level - which was quite often. Well at least until my iPhone needed to charge. The entire presentation of Mittens is a step above most apps on the market.

Mittens comes with sixty levels for the ninety-nine cents. I do not know if Disney Mobile plans on releasing additional worlds for free in the future - like they have with Where's My Water? and Where's My Perry?. If additional levels are added, then it will be a tremendous buy.

The levels in Mittens are quick, easy and short. I like that in an app. I can play for a few minutes, or an hour. Beating all the levels in Mittens is one thing. Collecting all three gems in every level is another story altogether. Some of these are difficult to attain, and will require the player to replay the level multiple times.
