Pound Puppies Mission Adoption
SCORE: 83
Shout Factory continues to publish their
coverage of the Pound Puppies television show with Pound Puppies Mission
Adoption on DVD. This show is all about talking dogs. They believe there
is a perfect human for each perfect puppy. They do whatever they can to
get puppies into homes.
Pound Puppies Mission Adoption contains five episodes. The episodes are
King of the Heap, Taboo, Snow Problem, Zipper the Zoomit Dog, and
There's Something About Camelia. The main characters are in most of the
episodes of Pound Puppies Mission Adoption. Puppies given to humans do
not return.
The lessons in Pound Puppies Mission Adoption are all interesting to me.
The first episode deals with letting power go to your head. How leaders
are treated differently, and how they can abuse that power. The second
episodes teaches us that superstitions do not exist.
The third episode is about doing the right thing even when others have
wronged you. It also teaches us to be adaptable to the problems we face.
There may be another solution. The fourth episode teaches us to not be
selfish, as well as do not return evil for evil. Just because someone
wronged us, we do not have the right to make them eat their own
medicine.
The final episode is about being yourself. It is easy to pretend to be
like others to fit in, but it only leads to more problems. The animation
is unique. One episode had some scary stuff in the beginning that
younger children may not like. Encouraging words are found all
throughout this disc. A printable adoption certificate is the bonus on
the Pound Puppies Mission Adoption disc.
