PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic

PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic fits perfectly on the iPhone/iPod Touch platform as a paid app. This little baseball game is all about defense. Do not expect to be trashing the computer in this hand held sports title. PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic makes you work for every strike, every out, and every run.

One of the coolest features in PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic is it will tell you when your pitcher needs to be swapped out. At that point it is a simple thing to bring in a fresh pitcher. Batters can swing normally, bunt, or go for a big hit. I played around with this a lot, and found normal works the best.

Expect to go through multiple innings in PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic with no runs scored. In my first tournament game it took me ten innings to finally get a run. I won that game thanks to that run. I had solid pitching throughout. I just had to learn how to bat.

PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic is bright and colorful. The Rayman kind of characters are missing their necks, arms, and legs. I did not mind because PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic is such a solid baseball title. I was not expecting to see that in an iOS game.

PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic is a little light on modes. You can play an exhibition game or go into a championship tournament. Now the game will save your tournament progress, but there is not much else to do. There are a variety of control schemes - mainly manual or automatic.

I found the automatic control scheme works great in PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic. It is easy enough for the casual player, and veterans can work on their ball placement. I chuckled when the batter would look at the umpire after I threw a strike that just kissed the edge of the strike zone.

PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic is a fun little game that all ages of the family can enjoy. A multi-player option for local play would have been nice in my opinion. Maybe in future years. Or maybe PowerPros 2013 World Baseball Classic will make it to the Nintendo 3DS and/or PS Vita.
