TNT Racers - Nitro Machines Edition
SCORE: 75
TNT Racers - Nitro Machines Edition is a downloadable game on the Wii U. Kids can race some fun tracks in a Micro Machines kind of view. The vehicles have an unique looks to them. I did not feel any speed difference between them. Expect to race in the jungle, snow, beach and more.
The most
important thing I learned from TNT Racers - Nitro Machines Edition is to
not fall behind. Stay up with the pack otherwise this Wii U game will
leave you behind. That means you will lose a race if you fall behind. So
you have to do everything possible to stay competitive.
TNT Racers - Nitro Machines Edition is a hard game too. I was playing
Rookie and this game repeatedly defeated me. That was just the tutorials
too. After hours of practice I was finally able to complete the
tutorials. I wish TNT Racers - Nitro Machines Edition had an easier
setting that is more friendly to families.
There are different kinds of races in TNT Racers - Nitro Machines Edition. There are laps, points, and knock outs. Really it always seems to wind up being a knock out kind of race though. Even laps and points. I wish the power ups had been pulled for the lap races. Players can make their own kind of races which is cool.
Multiple family members can enjoy the eighteen tracks, and sixteen vehicles in TNT Racers - Nitro Machines Edition. Family members can also see how they stack up on the leaderboards. I have no idea how some of those people did those things in such a short amount of time.
Like Mario Kart there are a variety of offensive and defensive weapons in TNT Racers - Nitro Machines Edition. When four vehicles are launching a variety of weapons it can get crazy. Especially if there is a smoke screen, oil slicks, cannons, and lightning all going at the same time.
Some races
allow you back in after getting knocked out. You are then a shadow.
Shadows in TNT Racers - Nitro Machines Edition can pick up weapons and
hurt the racers still in it. This is handy if you want to keep someone
else from winning.
