Mouse in the House
SCORE: 70
What do you do when you get a mouse in the house? Do you buy a cat to
hunt them down? Do you put out traps? Do you hire an exterminator? How
about launch them back from whence they came? Yes sir or ma'am that may
seem like an odd question. Why did I ask it?
Mouse in the House provides that as a solution to the massive mouse
invasion. In fact so many mice come a walking down the tiles that I
thought this was part of some WWII historical reenactment. Thankfully
these mice are not dropping bombs on me. I send them flying thanks to
this apps special capturing method.
Players are provided a limited amount of cheese. That means ultimately
there are only so many attacks the player can use. Mouse in the House
explains the best option is to get as many mice with as few launches as
possible. This is where strategy comes into play. It also means the
options provided the player are more limited than they may originally
think.
The music in Mouse in the House is fantastic. I love that little jingle.
I did not mind listening to it in the seventy levels of this app. The
graphics are a bit on the small side. Those fat rats that appear every
ten levels could certainly go on a diet.
My biggest issue with Mouse in the House is things can go south in a
hurry. Make a few mistakes and it can be level over. Plus having to tap
on the same objects before using them gets redundant. Mouse in the House
is a family friendly title that is safe for all ages.
