Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire
SCORE: 69
My dad went out and purchased Family Friendly Gaming a physical copy
of Pokemon Omega Ruby. After I was through the first gym, Nintendo sent
over a download for Pokemon Omega Ruby, and another download code for
Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. If you avoid the physical copy of either of
these games for the download version make sure you have around fifteen
thousand in Nintendo blocks on your 2DS/3DS SD card.
Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire are remastered versions of
Pokemon Ruby, and Pokemon Sapphire. There are differences in the
storyline. Game Freak has tweaked a few things here and there. Plus
there is newer technology on the Nintendo 3DS. Things like the Poke Nav
that allows us to radar where new Pokemon are. Plenty of secret Pokemon
with rare moves.
Clothing on Pokemon is something interesting and new to me. It also
brings the Pokemon new moves in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha
Sapphire. Experience share is a part of this game later on in the
storyline. It only applies to Pokemon in the party. The wheels are
moving slow in this franchise. At some point they will catch up with
other franchises.
There are some attire issues in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha
Sapphire on the 3DS. I don't know why some female characters can't wear
more clothing. Then there is the religious teaching of evolution that is
heavy in
Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. The whole mega evolutions
makes no sense to me. Why are these characters looking older when they
are supposedly reverting.
Teleporting in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire can be
handy at times, and a hindrance at other times. Let me explain. Some
areas can only be reached by teleporting. On the other side if you
teleport too often then you will not be leveling up, and face over
powered Pokemon. So be careful with teleporting in Pokemon Omega Ruby
and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire.
The graphics in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire show
improvement from the original version. The fighting between Pokemon
seems more real, and almost hurt me a couple of times. I could feel the
pain of the Pokemon which freaked me out.
I have gotten really good at blitzing through Pokemon games now. There
are plenty of Pokemon to trap again. There are also plenty of places to
visit (yes again). If you have not played the original, and like Pokemon
then look into Pokemon Omega Ruby Pokemon Alpha Sapphire.
