I never get tired of complimenting Shout Factory for bringing products to market that others have neglected. Transformers Animated The Complete Series is a perfect example. The third and final season was never released to the public before. That is until Shout Factory got involved.

I liked Transformers Animated for a variety of reasons. It was a completely different take on the Transformers universe. It had all the characters we knew and loved, but gave them a unique look and feel. Different characters have different motives, and that drives their actions.

What can families expect from Transformers Animated The Complete Series? Fifteen and a half hours of Transformers storyline and entertainment. There is violence in this show as the robots use a variety of weapons to dismantle one another. They are also put back together - many times.

Some of the voice actors in Transformers Animated The Complete Series can take some getting used to. Especially if you are a hardcore Transformers fanboy. They wound up working in my opinion over the long haul. Audio commentary is the main bonus feature in Transformers Animated The Complete Series. Getting the entire series should be more than enough for most fans.

The plots and personalities in Transformers Animated The Complete Series are what really shine through. Especially those personalities. It is neat to see how they conflict, and react to one another. This is on both the Autobots and Decepticons.

I like the more human look to the robots in disguise. I also enjoyed the plot twists here and there. Seeing where different characters wound up in Transformers Animated The Complete Series is also a neat little treat. It is a shame this show was only given forty-two episodes.
