Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series

Do you know what is astounding about the Shout Factory? They release television shows that I did not know even existed. Take Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series for example. When Receivables brought it to me, I was baffled. I had never heard of Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series.

Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series finishes off the Unicron trilogy. With Transformers Energon, and Transformers Armada being the other two television shows in the trilogy. Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series is just under twenty hours on seven DVDs.

I watched Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series from start to finish. Which is different than how it was done on television. You would watch one a week. Going from show to show allowed me some interesting observations. Like Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series has plenty of rehash. Certain characters engage in battles over and over again.

Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series has a real Dragon Ball Z feel to it. The Transformers even glow different colors in certain battles. They are drawing amazingly high energy levels before fights. Primus does some impressive things fighting with moons.

The animation in Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series is a mixture between normal animation and CGI. I was able to adapt to it pretty quickly. Characters die and come back quite frequently in Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series. I started to believe they could never be vanquished.

There is cartoon violence, peril, and explosions in Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series. There is also some verbal insults sprinkled throughout. The city is glorified and the country is attacked. There is also a teaching that good and evil are equal. CS Lewis has some wonderful logic on why good has to be greater than evil in his book Mere Christianity.

The goal of Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series is to stop the black hole from sucking up the entire universe. This is done by getting the four cyber planet keys. Do not confuse those with the cyber keys the Transformers use to upgrade into more powerful forms.

Action in Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series takes place on Cybertron, Earth, Jungle Planet, Speed Planet, and Giant Planet. Mining is demeaned, but building is glorified in Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series. Which seemed odd to me.

Starscream as a giant was an interesting twist. I also liked seeing Starscream and Megatron fight. It was better than Megatron and Optimus Prime constantly battling. The concept of a creator is in Transformers Cybertron The Complete Series. He is identified in this show as Primus.
