Airport-Firefighters The Simulation

Family Friendly Gaming was provided a download code for Airport-Firefighters The Simulation to play on Steam. This downloadable only video game is over seven and a half gigs in size. It took forever to download, and then Family Friendly Gaming had to pay the Internet Usage fine since the download was over the ceiling of one gig. Physical copies of games this large really need to be provided and put on the marketplace.

Graphically Airport-Firefighters The Simulation did not impress me. The frame rate was choppy, and the control to visual lagged. Which meant doing simple chores like opening the doors on the sides of the fire engine became a complete pain. Since I needed four things from four doors, I kept hearing the other firemen tell me they were waiting on me. It put me in a foul mood.

The first person aspect of Airport-Firefighters The Simulation can give migraines to those who have issues with the first person visual style. I could play Airport-Firefighters The Simulation for about an hour at a time before I had to take a break. There are dark areas where you will need your flash light, and plenty of smoke filled rooms. The fires bring a nice color to the areas.

I love the story in Airport-Firefighters The Simulation. It drew me in immediately. I enjoyed going to fires and putting them out. I like how Airport-Firefighters The Simulation bounced me around in different time periods to explain things, and teach me how to play this Personal Computer video game. The voice acting in Airport-Firefighters The Simulation is okay. Feels more like sound bytes. They should have hired our EIC to do a voice in this game.

The controls are convoluted, and complex in Airport-Firefighters The Simulation. I brought up the control screen many times to figure out how to do things. I played partially with our controller, and partially with the mouse, and partially with the keyboard. Different things worked better with different control schemes. I would like to see the controls simplified and brought over to the home consoles.
