I like Bubble Gum Popper on the Wii U. I like it a lot. This is a match three video game with a cool, fun, and interesting twist. It is played within a bubble gum machine.

The goal of Bubble Gum Popper is to match three or more gumballs of the same color scheme. Do enough of them, and you will finish the level. With each level completed you will unlock a new type of bubble gum skin. Or more of an existing type. This is important because the more different types we get the harder it is to match them. I eventually moved to easy mode which gave me more time.

There are two very handy tools in Bubble Gum Popper. The first one is the transparent bubble gum balls. They explode and shake things up. Which is really handy when you have no available matches. The second very hand tool is the hourglass. This adds a few more seconds to your timer. The easier the setting in Bubble Gum Popper, the more seconds it adds. You will need both of these if you are to complete the one hundred levels in this downloadable only video game.

Graphically the gum balls look good in Bubble Gum Popper. The backgrounds and buttons in this home console video game show its indie roots. In fact they remind me of plenty of indie PC games. There are no offensive images in Bubble Gum Popper. I love the recognizable music and sounds in Bubble Gum Popper. There is one sound that irritated me in Bubble Gum Popper - tapping something that can not be matched or removed from a tap.

There is nothing to stop players from tapping all over the place in Bubble Gum Popper. I wish there was another way to shake things up. I used all of them up with no chance to match anything a couple of times in Bubble Gum Popper. It would have been nice to press a button to resort everything while time kept ticking away. Maybe cost a few seconds to use it.

Bubble Gum Popper is safe for the entire family. It is a fun game that fits on the Wii U. I know Bubble Gum Popper can be found on other systems as well. I will cherish it on the Wii U Gamepad. I need to add the price for Bubble Gum Popper is really low. Skunk Software has given families a good deal with the price of Bubble Gum Popper on the Wii U.
