I know plenty of people who are clamoring for a new Portal video game. Many of them got all excited when Family Friendly Gaming published a news story about a new portal video game. That excitement turned to anger when they found out it was Portal Pinball. To all the haters out there - accept this downloadable only video game for what it is. Portal Pinball is a pinball representation of Portal. A pretty good one too.

Portal Pinball has the franchise down. Even to the insulting, rude, and crude comments from the computer. That thing is negative, and mean in ways I would never consider saying or doing in real life, or online. The music is spectacular in Portal Pinball. I liked the computer voices in Portal Pinball. They have a unique sound to them that fits this franchise. I wish it were a little nicer yah know?

The table in Portal Pinball is fantastic. I had a good time scoring lots of points in Portal Pinball. At one point I had the third top score in Portal Pinball. It has since slipped as more people are playing this pinball video game. There are multiple different visual things that happen above and around the table while we are playing. It all depends on where you get the ball to go. Pro tip, the center is really good for opening up new things.

For $2.99 families can get the Portal Pinball table that is playable in the Zen Pinball 2. I played Portal Pinball on the Playstation Vita. It is also on other platforms. Look near the bottom of this review for that information. Portal Pinball will be a bit cheaper on the mobile platforms if you prefer to play Zen Pinball 2 tables on those devices. By the way Zen Pinball 2 is free to download on all systems. The tables like Portal Pinball are what cost money.

Portal Pinball has become one of my personal favorite tables. There is a lot to do, and the table has great balance. I loved the teleporting tutorials in Portal Pinball. What is Zen Studios going to come up with next? Maybe a Bible Pinball game is in development. That would be really cool in my opinion. Maybe a new Sonic pinball game, or a Mario Pinball game.
