Sesame Street Cookie's Counting Carnival The Video Game

After finding Sesame Street Cookie’s Counting Carnival The Videogame on clearance for the Nintendo DS I decided to find a used copy of the Wii version. My expectations for this home console video game were really high. Sesame Street Cookie’s Counting Carnival The Videogame on the Wii is pretty much the same version on the Nintendo DS. The lack of animations, mouths not matching the words, and sloppy graphics make this learning game look horrible on the Wii. No wonder WB Games tried to hide this ‘EC’ rated video game.

I hope you are a subscriber to our Youtube channel, and check out videos on our website. We have the complete play through of Sesame Street Cookie’s Counting Carnival The Videogame. It took just over forty minutes to go completely through this Wii game. I paid under twenty dollars for Sesame Street Cookie’s Counting Carnival The Videogame. I expect a bit more than forty minutes of game play. Each of the mini games can be replayed if you find anything you like.

I have two issues with Sesame Street Cookie’s Counting Carnival The Videogame. First off too many of the mini games require hearing to play them properly. So deaf children are excluded from Sesame Street Cookie’s Counting Carnival The Videogame. The second issue is too many of the counting games stop once you hit the right number. So kids keep banging, or shaking until the game stops them.

We love focusing on the family friendly video games here at Family Friendly Gaming. We love finding good games for kids. Sesame Street Cookie’s Counting Carnival The Videogame feels thrown together with little effort put into it. Which is a shame because our kids deserve better than this game.

Sesame Street Cookie’s Counting Carnival The Videogame teaches numbers, shapes, colors, and some mild counting.
